WCUPA’s Carnival of Ruin – Recycled donations needed

Description: Next May, EGT Park will host the inaugural performance of Carnival of Ruin, a play with sustainability at its central theme. All costumes, stage props even the big top itself will be constructed of post-consumer recycled materials. That’s right, they will even be using cut strips of recycled materials to hand sew the big top together! We are very excited to host this first of its kind theatrical performance! This winter, event organizers need our help! They are specifically looking for three recycled items: red plastic bags, aluminum soda can tabs and yellow, square Tidy Cat plastic containers. Feel free to bring these items and drop off in the Township Building’s entry way. Event organizers are also busy creating public workshop opportunities for local residents and actors to become a part of the production!
