Chester County Teen Awesome FEST event
Date: Saturday, August 17th
Location: EGT Park, stage area
Ages: 12-19
Description: In 2018, EGTPR created the first “Awesome FEST” in collaboration with the Chesco Department of Drug and Alcohol Services, the YMCA of the Greater Brandywine, West Chester branch and eleven other community partners. Over 150 teens from a variety of high schools came to EGT Park and enjoyed teen musicians, teen comedians, kickball, free food and more! Open to all Chester County high school students, we encourage all to attend this night of positive, collective experience! Uniquely, the entire night is planned with input from the Teen Advisory Committee, who selects activities, recruits volunteers, manages social media platforms and handles on site event operations!
